ARCO Design/Build is seeking a Learning Technology Specialist to own the LMS, analytics, and content pipeline. The role focuses on administering platforms, building dashboards, and modernizing content creation, with additional support for instructional design.

The ideal candidate has 2–4 years in Learning & Development, hands-on LMS experience, and familiarity with AI-powered content tools. A fast-paced, collaborative environment awaits.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in instructional design, educational technology, adult learning, or related field, or equivalent experience
• 2–4 years in Learning & Development, learning technology, or instructional design
• Hands-on experience administering an LMS
• Experience using AI tools for content or video creation preferred
• Ability to balance competing priorities in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Administer, configure, and maintain the LMS, including user roles, course assignments, integrations, and troubleshooting
• Own LMS reporting and analytics—build dashboards on completions, engagement, and impact
• Evaluate and pilot new learning technologies and AI tools
• Support execution of learning programs—defining scope, supporting stakeholders, ensuring technical feasibility
• Coordinate internal resources and external vendors (e.g., SCORM content, authoring tools)
• Monitor and track training outcomes and learner progress through LMS data
