Job summary

the corporation of the town of lincoln is seeking a Learning Operations Specialist to administer the Dayforce LMS, optimize system performance, and ensure accurate learner data across the organization.

You will collaborate with HR, learning partners, and SMEs to map content to competencies, build learning paths, generate reports, and support onboarding, compliance, and development initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Education, Instructional Design, or related field.
• 3–5 years LMS/L&D operations experience.
• Experience with third-party content libraries such as Go1, LinkedIn Learning, Udemy.
• Familiarity with SCORM/AICC/xAPI formats.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and reporting tools; Power BI a plus.
• Strong communication and project-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer and manage the Dayforce LMS, ensuring system integrity, performance, and user support.
• Import, organize, and maintain learning content and catalogs; map content to competency frameworks.
• Create and assign learning curricula based on role, location, and business needs; automate assignments.
• Curate, publish, and maintain engaging learning content using various tools.
• Serve as primary LMS contact for issues and support.
