Job summary

The corporation of the town of lincoln is seeking a Learning Operations Specialist to administer and optimize the Dayforce LMS, manage content libraries, and ensure data accuracy and regulatory compliance. You will collaborate with HR, SMEs, and learning partners to support onboarding, professional development, and compliance.

You will create curricula by role and location, automate assignments, and generate analytics to inform stakeholders.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in HR, Education, or Instructional Design.
3–5 years of LMS administration and L&D operations experience.
Experience importing third-party content libraries (Go1, LinkedIn Learning, Udemy) into an LMS.
Familiarity with learning technologies and tools (Adobe Captivate, Scribe).
Understanding of SCORM/xAPI formats and data accuracy.

Responsibilities

Administer and optimize the Dayforce LMS, ensuring system integrity, performance, and user support.
Organize content catalogs; map content to competency frameworks and learning paths; create libraries for specific areas.
Create curricula by role, location, and business needs; automate assignments where appropriate.
Curate and publish engaging learning content using diverse technologies; support learners and stakeholders.
Collaborate with SMEs and stakeholders to manage content lifecycle and retire or replace outdated content.
Generate and distribute learning reports and analytics; maintain learner records and certifications; ensure regulatory compliance.
Manage centralized learning mailbox and coordinate with vendors for feature upgrades and issue resolutions.
