Job summary

Jobtailor in Illinois is seeking an LMS Operations Specialist to manage the day-to-day operations of enterprise learning programs and ensure accurate, timely delivery.

You will administer and optimize Workday Learning, Cornerstone, and SuccessFactors, coordinate logistics for all learning formats, analyze data, produce reports, and partner with HR and program stakeholders to improve engagement and effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Education, or related field.
• 3–5+ years of experience in learning operations, talent development, HR operations, or program coordination
• Experience administering enterprise LMS platforms (Cornerstone, Workday Learning, SuccessFactors)
• Strong project coordination and organizational skills with attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of enterprise learning programs.
• Coordinate logistics for instructor-led, virtual, and digital learning experiences.
• Administer and optimize LMS (Workday, Cornerstone, SuccessFactors) and related technologies.
• Generate and analyze learning data and operational metrics.
• Develop and maintain project plans and timelines.
