Lincoln Property Company is seeking a Learning Operations Specialist to administer Dayforce LMS, optimize content, and drive engagement across the organization. This role supports onboarding, professional development, and compliance initiatives in Dallas, Nashville, and Charlotte.
You will manage curricula, map content to competencies, automate assignments, and generate analytics while collaborating with HR, learning partners, and business stakeholders.
The Learning Operations Specialist is responsible for day‑to‑day administration, configuration, and optimization of the company’s Learning Management System (LMS) and its integrated third‑party content libraries. This role enhances the digital learning experience across the organization by managing content, system functionality, data accuracy, and user engagement. The position collaborates with learning partners, HR, and business stakeholders to support onboarding, professional development, and compliance initiatives. Locations: Dallas, Nashville, and Charlotte.
