Job summary

United Overseas Bank Limited seeks an LMS Administrator to manage our Learning Management System and related platforms. You will support users, upload content, schedule courses, and generate reports to drive training effectiveness.

You will collaborate with Learning & Development to integrate new content, evaluate new technologies, and create clear training materials for employees. Focus on data privacy and security while improving adoption and outcomes across the organization.

Qualifications

• Experience with learning technologies (e.g., authoring tools, virtual classrooms, LMS)
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to explain technical concepts to non-technical users

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain the bank's Learning Management System (LMS) and other learning technology platforms, including user management, content uploading, course scheduling, and reporting.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to end-users regarding learning technology tools and issues.
• Collaborate with learning and development specialists to integrate new learning content and functionalities into existing platforms.
• Assist in the evaluation, selection, and implementation of new learning technologies and tools to meet evolving organizational needs.
• Develop and deliver training and user guides for employees on how to effectively use learning technology platforms and features.
• Monitor and analyze learning technology usage data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and report on key metrics.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations related to learning technology platforms.
• Participate in LearnTech team projects, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives and strategic objectives.
