Job summary

HealthBay is seeking a detail-oriented Training Systems Administrator to manage, maintain, and optimize our learning platforms in a fully remote setting. The role focuses on administering LMS such as Workday Learning, Cornerstone, and Moodle, while supporting training operations and ensuring a seamless learning experience for employees.

Ideal candidates have 2–5+ years of LMS administration, strong troubleshooting, data analysis skills, and the ability to collaborate with HR, L&D, and IT teams

Qualifications

• Requires Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in IT, HR, Education Technology, or related field
• 2–5+ years of LMS or training systems administration experience
• Hands-on experience with LMS platforms such as Cornerstone, SAP SuccessFactors, Moodle, or Docebo
• Familiarity with e-learning standards (SCORM, xAPI, AICC)
• Strong troubleshooting and system administration skills
• Experience with reporting tools and data analysis
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a remote environment
• Experience with HRIS systems is a plus

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain LMS platforms (Workday Learning, Cornerstone, Moodle)
• Manage user accounts, roles, permissions, and course enrollments
• Upload and maintain training content, modules, and learning paths
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues
• Generate reports on training completion, engagement, and compliance
• Support virtual training sessions and e-learning initiatives
• Collaborate with HR, L&D, and IT to align systems with business needs
• Ensure data integrity, security, and policy compliance
• Maintain documentation and user guides
• Provide end-user LMS training and support
