Job summary

Badger Infrastructure Solutions is seeking a Learning Technology & Content Specialist (Finance) to manage the LMS, publish training content, and coordinate learning events. The role blends technical administration with content support to improve the learner experience and align with business priorities.

You will work with SMEs and OD stakeholders, maintain content quality, and ensure accessibility while supporting workshops and meetings across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, instructional design or related field; equivalent professional experience accepted.
• Experience supporting an LMS, training administration, learning coordination, or related operational support.
• Experience coordinating meetings, events, workshops, or employee development activities.
• Experience creating, editing, organizing, or maintaining training content in Microsoft Office applications and other digital platforms.
• Experience in fast-paced environments requiring organization, follow-up, and attention to detail.
• Mobility in the workplace and occasional travel for meetings and training (up to 20 lbs lift).

Responsibilities

• Administers and maintains the LMS, including course assignments and learner enrollment.
• Uploads, tests, publishes, and archives training materials within the LMS.
• Troubleshoots LMS issues and escalates complex problems as needed.
• Assists in creating standard processes, job aids, and documentation for LMS usage.
• Partners with SMEs and Organizational Development to ensure content aligns with business needs.
• Reviews and updates training content for consistency and accessibility.
• Coordinates logistics for training sessions, workshops, and organizational activities.
