Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience administering or supporting an LMS, RMS, VMS, or another learning management system.
• Experience with system configuration, testing, troubleshooting, user support, or learning technology operations.
• Experience supporting learning content deployment and maintenance.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to investigate issues and identify root causes.
• Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to document processes, system requirements, testing outcomes, and support procedures.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams, technology partners, or external vendors.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong customer-focused mindset.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Administer and optimize United’s learning management tools, including system configuration, access, assignments, curricula, notifications, workflows, and ongoing platform maintenance
• Support the deployment, testing, troubleshooting, and lifecycle management of digital learning content, platform updates, integrations, and new functionality
• Monitor system performance, data quality, learner support trends, and operational health to identify risks, recurring issues, and continuous improvement opportunities
• Coordinate issue resolution, vendor support, documentation, administrative procedures, and communications with Digital Technology, learning teams, and business partners
• Partner with instructional design teams, content owners, administrators, and stakeholders to ensure learning solutions are delivered effectively, meet business requirements, and support a strong learner experience
• Support learning technology initiatives, roadmap delivery, process improvements, and the implementation of new tools, platform capabilities, and AI-enabled learning solutions
