Job summary

ENFRA is seeking an LMS Administrator to manage the UKG Learning Management System across field and corporate environments. You will build curricula, assign training, track completion, and maintain system integrity while partnering with internal teams and external vendors to ensure a robust learning infrastructure.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of LMS experience, strong Excel skills, and the ability to troubleshoot and train users.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, Information Systems or related field.
• Experience: 2+ years administering a corporate LMS or similar system with user/vendor interaction.
• Strong attention to detail, data accuracy, and user experience.
• Excel skills for reporting and data analysis.
• Troubleshooting and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage curricula, courses, learning paths, and certifications within the LMS.
• Assign learners, manage enrollments, and configure automation rules.
• Maintain data integrity, roles/permissions, and user hierarchies.
• Publish and archive learning content (SCORM/xAPI; eLearning, ILT, blended).
• Troubleshoot access and content issues; provide user training and support.
• Generate learning reports and analytics for compliance and usage.

Education
