Job summary

You’ll manage content, governance, and stakeholder collaboration across locations and seasonal workforces. The role includes developing eLearning modules, validating content, and ensuring accessibility while leveraging AI-assisted tools to accelerate development.

Qualifications

• Ten or more years of progressive experience in learning operations, LMS administration, training or HR technology.
• Experience implementing or significantly improving an LMS in a distributed organization.
• Experience with Workday Learning preferred.

Responsibilities

• Inventory current content, systems, records and owners to ensure transition to the new LMS platform.
• Create and maintain a training matrix for regulatory and compliance training.
• Establish processes for new learning requests and content revisions.
