• Import, organize, and map content to learning paths and libraries.
• Automate and standardize learning operations to improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with vendors, stakeholders, and HR on enhancements and reporting.
• Maintain learner records, certifications, and training completions; ensure compliance.
• Analyze learning data and produce actionable insights and reports.
