• 3–5 years of LMS administration and L&D operations experience.

• Own Dayforce LMS governance, optimization, and user experience improvements.
• Import, organize, and map content to learning paths and libraries.
• Automate and standardize learning operations to improve efficiency.

• Analyze learning data and produce actionable insights and reports.
