Job summary

Lincoln Property Company is seeking a Learning Operations Analyst to optimize the learning ecosystem through effective system administration, data analysis, and content management. You will partner with HR and stakeholders to ensure a seamless learner experience and actionable insights from learning data.

The role emphasizes governance of the Dayforce LMS, catalog optimization, and reporting to support workforce development and compliance needs.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Education, Instructional Design, or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
3–5 years of LMS administration and L&D operations experience.
Experience managing third-party learning content providers and libraries within an LMS.

Responsibilities

Serve as the system owner for the Dayforce LMS, driving platform optimization and user adoption strategies.
Import, organize, and maintain learning content and catalogs; map to competency frameworks.
Identify opportunities to streamline operations through automation and standardization.
Partner with vendors and stakeholders to evaluate, implement, and optimize system enhancements.
Maintain accurate learner records, certifications, and training completions; ensure compliance.
Collaborate with SMEs, HR partners, and stakeholders on content curation and reporting.
Analyze learning data and develop insights to support workforce development and business goals.
Manage the centralized learning mailbox and respond to inquiries professionally.
Monitor emerging learning trends and recommend innovations to boost engagement.
Perform other duties as assigned.
