Pursuit is seeking a Manager, Learning Operations & LMS to own Workday Learning, build scalable training, and support a global enterprise. You’ll create engaging eLearning, videos, and job aids while ensuring compliance and governance across locations with seasonal workflows.

You’ll partner with OD and business teams to deploy learning programs, measure outcomes, and drive continuous improvement in a dynamic hospitality and attractions environment.

Qualifikationen

• Ten or more years of progressive experience in learning operations, LMS administration, training, HR technology or related field.
• Experience implementing or significantly improving an LMS in a distributed organization; Workday Learning preferred.
• Strong knowledge of SCORM, learner assignments, and governance; translate data into learning processes.

Aufgaben

• LMS operations, content management, and validation testing for learning materials.
• Define learner audiences, create assignments, and manage complex seasonal workforce learning paths.
• Develop program pathways and ensure prerequisites, sequencing, and retraining rules are in place.
• Provide LMS user support and stakeholder management across locations and teams.
• Partner with business units to execute launch plans and measurement of learning outcomes.
