Lincoln Property Company is seeking a Learning Operations Specialist to optimize the learning ecosystem and support enterprise initiatives. You will serve as the Dayforce LMS owner, managing content, governance, and reporting to drive learner success and regulatory compliance.

The role emphasizes partnering with HR and stakeholders to deliver data‑driven insights, streamline operations, and implement scalable learning solutions across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Education, Instructional Design, or related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum 3–5 years of LMS administration and L&D operations experience.
• Experience with third‑party learning content providers and libraries within an LMS.
• Experience with learning technologies such as Adobe Captivate or Scribe.
• Understanding of SCORM/AICC/xAPI file formats.
• Strong data accuracy, system functionality, and compliance.
• Proficiency with Microsoft suite and reporting tools; Power BI is a plus.
• Ability to identify process inefficiencies and implement scalable solutions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with stakeholders, including senior leadership.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with timely responses to diverse learner groups.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the system owner for the Dayforce LMS, driving optimization, governance, user experience enhancements, and adoption strategies.
• Import, organize, and maintain learning content and catalogs; map content to competency frameworks and paths.
• Identify opportunities to streamline operations through automation and standardization.
• Collaborate with vendors and stakeholders to evaluate and implement system enhancements and integrations.
• Maintain accurate learner records, certifications, and training completions; ensure compliance.
• Collaborate on content curation, deployment, and reporting needs with SMEs and HR partners.
• Analyze learning data and develop actionable insights to support workforce development and business goals.
• Manage the centralized learning mailbox for timely inquiries and communications.
• Monitor trends and propose innovations to improve learner engagement and efficiency.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
