County Materials Family of Companies in Brookfield, Wisconsin is seeking a Learning & Development Specialist to drive training initiatives that align with organizational priorities. You will design, deliver, and manage programs, coordinate with leadership and external providers, and ensure a seamless learner experience.

The role requires LMS administration, course catalog management, and reporting to measure impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Education or Organizational Development.
• 3–5 years in Learning & Development or related field.
• At least 2 years in Learning & Development in manufacturing.
• Experience administering and maintaining an LMS.
• Strong presentation, teaching and coaching skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong administrative and project management skills with high accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Execute learning programs aligned with strategy and priorities.
• Adapt and deploy learning content to meet organizational needs.
• Coordinate with vendors, facilitators and content providers.
• Support rollout of learning initiatives across locations.
• Ensure materials, tools and resources are current and accessible.
• Deliver engaging presentations and learning experiences.
