LSSI is seeking a Learning & Development Specialist to manage the LMS, develop instructional content, and facilitate training for employees. You will analyze metrics, collaborate with SMEs, and ensure content aligns with organizational goals.

The role requires strong design skills, proficiency with Storyline and Genially, and experience delivering engaging, adult-learning focused programs. Full-time with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in HR/Training or related field.
• Experience in instructional design and LMS administration is required.
• Strong communication and facilitation skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage Learning Management System content, uploads, and reporting.
• Lead New Employee Orientation and development courses.
• Analyze course metrics and improve engagement and retention.
• Develop instructional content using ADDIE and learning theories.
• Provide technical support for virtual sessions.
