Job summary

Lincoln Property Company is seeking a Learning Operations Specialist to oversee the Dayforce LMS, curate and organize learning content, and build curricula aligned to roles and locations. You will partner with HR and SMEs to ensure compliant training delivery and data accuracy across onboarding, development, and certifications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Instructional Design, or related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 3–5 years of LMS administration and L&D operations experience.
• Experience importing data and managing third‑party content libraries (Go1, LinkedIn Learning, Udemy) within an LMS.
• Experience with learning technologies and tools, such as Adobe Captivate or Scribe.
• Understanding of instructional design principles and SCORM/AICC/xAPI file formats.
• Meticulous attention to detail for ensuring data accuracy, system functionality, and compliance.
• Strong technical aptitude with Microsoft suite and various reporting tools; Power BI experience a plus.
• Ability to identify process inefficiencies and implement scalable solutions.
• Professional verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders, including senior leadership.
• Ability to prioritize multiple projects and work autonomously and in teams.

Responsibilities

• Administer and manage the Dayforce LMS, ensuring system integrity, performance, and user support.
• Import, organize, and maintain learning content and catalogs; map content to competency frameworks and learning paths; create learning libraries for specific areas.
• Create and assign learning curricula based on role, location, and business needs; automate assignments where appropriate.
• Curate, publish, and maintain engaging learning content using various learning technologies and tools.
• Serve as the primary contact for LMS issues, troubleshooting, and technical support for learners.
• Liaise with learning vendors to support system upgrades and feature implementations.
• Maintain accurate learner records, certifications, and training completions; ensure regulatory and compliance standards are met.
• Collaborate with SMEs and stakeholders to manage content lifecycle; retire and replace content as needed.
• Generate and distribute learning reports and analytics as requested by stakeholders.
• Manage the centralized learning mailbox and respond to inquiries and learning-related communications.
• Performs other duties as assigned
