Lincoln Property Company through LinkedIn seeks a Learning Operations Specialist to administer Dayforce LMS, optimize performance, and support onboarding, development, and compliance across the organization.

You will manage content catalogs, map to competency frameworks, generate learner reports, and partner with HR, SMEs, and vendors to implement new features.

This role requires a bachelor’s degree and 3–5 years in LMS/L&D operations, with strong data accuracy and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Instructional Design, or related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 3–5 years of LMS administration and L&D operations experience.
• Experience importing data and managing third‑party content libraries within an LMS (e.g., Go1, LinkedIn Learning, Udemy).
• Familiarity with learning technologies/tools such as Adobe Captivate or Scribe.
• Understanding of SCORM/AICC/xAPI formats.
• Strong data accuracy, system functionality, and compliance focus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and reporting tools; Power BI a plus.
• Ability to identify inefficiencies and implement scalable solutions.
• Strong communication and collaboration with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Administer and manage the Dayforce LMS, ensuring system integrity, performance, and user support.
• Import, organize, and maintain learning content and catalogs; map to competency frameworks and learning paths.
• Create and assign curricula based on role, location, and business needs; automate assignments.
• Curate and publish engaging learning content using diverse tools.
• Serve as primary LMS support contact for learners and troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with vendors on upgrades and new features.
• Maintain learner records, certifications, and training completions to meet compliance.
• Collaborate with SMEs and stakeholders to manage content lifecycle.
• Generate and distribute learning reports and analytics as requested.
