Job summary

Lincoln Property Company is seeking a Learning Operations Specialist to administer and optimize the Dayforce LMS and associated content libraries. You will manage content, ensure data accuracy, and collaborate with HR and business stakeholders to support onboarding, development, and compliance across multiple markets.

Responsibilities include automating curricula, scaling learning programs, and delivering analytics to drive decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in HR, Education, Instructional Design, or related field.
• 3–5 years of LMS administration and L&D operations experience.
• Experience importing data and managing third-party content libraries (Go1, LinkedIn Learning, Udemy) within an LMS.
• Experience with learning technologies such as Adobe Captivate or Scribe.
• Understanding of SCORM/AICC/xAPI file formats.
• Strong attention to detail ensuring data accuracy and compliance.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and reporting tools; Power BI a plus.
• Ability to identify process inefficiencies and implement scalable solutions.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders including senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Administer and manage the Dayforce LMS, ensuring system integrity, performance, and user support.
• Import, organize, and maintain learning content and catalogs; map content to competency frameworks and learning paths.
• Create and assign learning curricula based on role, location, and business needs; automate assignments where appropriate.
• Curate, publish, and maintain engaging learning content using various learning technologies and tools.
• Serve as the primary contact for LMS issues, troubleshooting, and technical support for learners.
• Liaise with learning vendors to support system upgrades and new features.
• Maintain accurate learner records, certifications, and training completions; ensure compliance.
• Collaborate with SMEs and stakeholders to manage content lifecycle and retire/replace content.
• Generate and distribute learning reports and analytics for stakeholders.
• Manage centralized learning mailbox and respond to inquiries timely.
