Job summary

Lincoln Property Company is seeking a Learning Operations Specialist to administer Dayforce LMS, optimize content, and drive engagement across the organization. This role supports onboarding, professional development, and compliance initiatives in Dallas, Nashville, and Charlotte.

You will manage curricula, map content to competencies, automate assignments, and generate analytics while collaborating with HR, learning partners, and business stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Education, Instructional Design, or related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 3–5 years of LMS administration and L&D operations experience.
• Experience importing data and managing third-party content libraries (e.g., Go1, LinkedIn Learning, Udemy) within an LMS.
• Experience with learning technologies such as Adobe Captivate or Scribe.
• Understanding of SCORM/AICC/xAPI file formats and data quality practices.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills and familiarity with reporting tools; Power BI is a plus.
• Excellent communication and ability to work with stakeholders and leadership.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with strong time management.

Responsibilities

• Administer and manage the Dayforce LMS, ensuring system integrity, performance, and user support.
• Import, organize, and maintain learning content and catalogs; map content to competency frameworks and learning paths.
• Create and assign learning curricula based on role, location, and business needs; automate assignments where appropriate.
• Curate, publish, and maintain engaging learning content using various learning technologies.
• Serve as primary contact for LMS issues, troubleshooting, and learner support.
• Collaborate with SMEs and stakeholders to manage content lifecycle and compliance.
• Generate and distribute learning reports and analytics as requested.
• Maintain learner records, certifications, and training completions; ensure regulatory standards are met.
