Job summary

LPC is seeking a Learning Operations Specialist to optimize our Dayforce LMS, manage content libraries, and ensure data accuracy across the organization. You will collaborate with HR, learning partners, and business stakeholders to support onboarding, development, and compliance.

In this role, you will curate curricula, automate assignments by location, and generate analytics to guide learning strategies. Strong technical aptitude with Microsoft tools and Power BI is a plus; experience with

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Education, Instructional Design, or related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 3–5 years of LMS administration and L&D operations experience.
• Experience importing data and managing third‑party content libraries within an LMS.
• Familiarity with SCORM/AICC/xAPI formats and learning tech tools.

Responsibilities

• Administration of the Dayforce LMS ensuring integrity and support.
• Import and organize content and map to competency frameworks.
• Create and assign curricula by role, location, and business needs.
• Curate and publish engaging content using varied learning technologies.
• Act as primary LMS contact for issues and support.
• Collaborate with vendors on upgrades and new features.
• Maintain learner records, certifications, and compliance data.
• Generate learning reports and analytics for stakeholders.
• Manage centralized learning mailbox and communications.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
