Job summary

McKesson is seeking an LMS Analyst to configure, analyze, and optimize the Labor Management System across its distribution centers. You will leverage engineered labor standards, KPIs, and workforce analytics to improve productivity and reduce costs.

You will serve as the functional expert for LMS, supporting interfaces, upgrades, and security within enterprise applications, while collaborating with global teams and adapting agile or hybrid project methodologies.

Qualifications

• Experience configuring and troubleshooting labor management systems.
• Advanced SQL development and troubleshooting with Oracle SQL Server.
• Hands-on MOCA commands, queries, and Blue Yonder architecture.
• Experience with APIs, web services, XML, JSON, flat files, and messaging queues.
• Understanding of distribution center processes (picking, packing, putaway, replenishment, cycle counting).
• Knowledge of engineered labor standards and labor tracking.
• Experience with Windows Server and Red Hat Linux environments.
• Ability to monitor logs, resolve interface issues, and support critical operations.
• Experience managing user access and security in enterprise apps.
• Support LMS upgrades, patches, testing and enhancements.

Responsibilities

• Support, configure, and troubleshoot Blue Yonder Labor Management System.
• Develop and troubleshoot SQL in Oracle SQL Server.

• Manage user access and security within enterprise applications.
• Assist LMS upgrades, patches, testing, and enhancements.
