Job summary

Staffmark is seeking a Labor Management Analyst for a direct-hire role in a fast-paced distribution center. You will lead Labor Management System activities, administer Manhattan WMOS, and generate labor performance reports for warehouse leadership.

You'll monitor productivity against standards, interpret labor data trends, train supervisors on LMS usage, and partner with operations to drive continuous improvement and accountability across shifts.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years in distribution, warehouse operations, logistics, or 3PL environments.
• Experience with LMS and WMS, especially Manhattan WMOS.
• Strong analytical skills with labor, productivity, and performance metrics.
• Proficiency with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access, Visio and Project.

Responsibilities

• Lead LMS activities in the distribution center and Manhattan software administration.
• Generate, analyze, review, and distribute labor performance reports.
• Monitor productivity against engineered labor standards.
• Interpret labor data trends and propose improvements.
• Train supervisors and leadership on LMS functionality and reporting tools.
• Collaborate with operations to drive continuous improvement and accountability.
• Audit timekeeping, reconcile reports, and coordinate corrections.
