CVS Health is seeking a Senior Analyst, Operational Excellence (Industrial Engineering & Labor Management Systems) to drive labor productivity and performance across distribution centers. You will apply LMS/WMS concepts, engineered labor standards, and advanced analytics to identify opportunities and support data-driven decisions.

The role partners with site and network leadership to optimize staffing, performance management, and continuous improvement, with up to 33% travel to CVS distribution

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or 4 years additional experience.
• 2+ years in industrial engineering, labor management, or workforce analytics.
• 2+ years with Labor Management Systems (LMS).
• 2+ years analyzing labor productivity and performance metrics.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead LMS health assessments and optimize labor performance reporting.
• Analyze labor productivity, utilization, and earned hours to drive improvements.
• Maintain labor standards, allowances, and performance metrics.
• Support continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives.
• Collaborate with Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, and HR to drive changes.
• Present findings and business cases to site and network leadership.
