Job summary
CVS Health seeks a Senior Analyst, Operational Excellence (Industrial Engineering & Labor Management Systems) to drive labor productivity and process improvement across distribution sites. You will leverage LMS/WMS, engineered standards, and advanced analytics with cross-functional partners to optimize staffing and performance, while guiding data-driven decisions.
The role requires strong problem solving, communication, and project leadership, with up to 33% travel to CVS distribution center
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or 4 years additional experience in industrial engineering, supply chain, or analytics.
- 2+ years in industrial engineering, labor management, or workforce analytics.
- 2+ years with Labor Management Systems (LMS).
Responsibilities
- Lead LMS health assessments, monitor labor productivity and performance trends.
- Analyze workforce data to improve staffing, productivity and efficiency.
- Develop and maintain engineered labor standards and performance metrics.
- Apply Lean/Kaizen principles to drive continuous improvement.
- Lead medium projects and communicate findings to site and network leadership.
