Salary Range: $48,700 – $81,200 annually
Education Requirements
- Associate’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, Operations, or a related field required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Information Technology, Logistics, or a related discipline preferred.
- Advanced training in labor management, analytics, warehouse operations, or process improvement is a plus.
Experience Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in distribution, warehouse operations, logistics, or 3PL environments.
- Previous experience working with Labor Management Systems (LMS) preferred.
- Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), preferably Manhattan WMOS.
- Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting labor, productivity, and performance metrics.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access, Visio, and Project.
- Basic SQL knowledge preferred.
- Ability to train, coach, and support supervisors and operations teams.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Physical Capabilities
- Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods throughout the workday.
- Ability to work within warehouse and distribution center environments.
- Comfortable working in varying temperatures, lighting conditions, and noise levels.
- Ability to access all operational areas of the facility as needed.
- Flexibility to support a 24/7 operation, including occasional off-hours support.
Job Duties
- Lead and support all Labor Management System (LMS) activities within the distribution center, including Manhattan software administration.
- Generate, analyze, review, and distribute labor performance reports to warehouse leadership.
- Monitor facility productivity and utilization against engineered labor standards.
- Interpret labor data trends and provide recommendations to improve operational performance and efficiency.
- Partner with supervisors and managers to ensure compliance with labor standards, reporting accuracy, and performance expectations.
- Reconcile labor reports, identify discrepancies, and coordinate corrections with operational teams.
- Audit employee timekeeping records and verify shift start/end times and indirect labor tracking.
- Train supervisors and leadership teams on LMS functionality, reporting tools, and best practices.
- Support process improvement initiatives focused on productivity, labor utilization, and operational efficiency.
- Troubleshoot and resolve Level 1 LMS and reporting issues for facility operations teams.
- Activate, maintain, and deactivate LMS user accounts as needed.
- Update standard operating procedures (SOPs) related to labor management and reporting processes.
- Collaborate with operations leadership, floor associates, and corporate teams to drive continuous improvement and accountability.
