Job summary

APL Logistics seeks an Advisor to lead labor management initiatives across CLS sites in the Americas region. You will define, deploy, and optimize a uniform Labor Management Program, establishing guidelines and labor-saving targets while coordinating with IT, HR, and operations to ensure adherence and continuous improvement.

You will analyze LMS data, present actionable insights to senior leadership, and mentor site teams to sustain productivity gains. Heavy travel (50%) is involved.

Qualifications

• Preferred 5+ years in 3PL warehousing or distribution.
• Lean and Six Sigma knowledge with experience deploying LMS programs.
• Experience with BI tools and data analysis for labor management.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and deployment of a uniform Labor Management Program across CLS sites.
• Develop and maintain guidelines and labor savings targets.
• Manage LMS deployment across CLS sites and analyze labor productivity trends.
• Coach senior management and operations teams on action plans and productivity improvements.
• Collaborate with IT, HR, and engineering for best practices and dashboarding.
