- Bachelor's degree and three years of training development experience.
- Experience designing and delivering formal and informal training.
- Ability to translate federal/state guidelines into training materials.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop training programs, plans, and materials aligned with needs.
- Deliver classroom and/ or clinical instruction and adapt methods by audience.
- Evaluate training effectiveness and revise programs to improve outcomes.
- Identify training objectives with program leadership to support goals.
- Provide consultative guidance and organizational development support.
- Administer and support statewide learning management systems.
