The North Carolina Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) seeks an LMS Administrator/Training Developer to manage LMS operations and support training design, delivery, and evaluation across multiple formats. The role collaborates with internal partners and contributes to organizational development through high-quality training solutions.

Responsibilities include designing programs, delivering instruction, evaluating effectiveness, and supporting statewide training initiatives.

Qualifications

• Design and develop training programs aligned with organizational needs.
• Deliver classroom and/or clinical instruction and adapt methods to audience and objectives.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and revise programs accordingly.
• Identify training objectives in collaboration with leadership to support organizational goals.
• Provide consultative organizational development guidance within training structures.

• Deliver classroom and/or clinical instruction and adapt methods per audience and objectives.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and revise programs to improve outcomes.
