Job summary

You will partner with the Performance Management Administrator to align staff development with performance strategies.

• Administer and maintain LMS and Performance Management systems with enrollments and reports.
• Troubleshoot LMS and PM system issues and collaborate with IT to improve functionality.
• Assist daily training operations and support on-site and virtual delivery.
• Manage digital communication platforms (SharePoint, Teams) for training.
• Utilize ServiceNow for training-related inquiries and ticketing.
• Gather user feedback for continuous improvement of LMS and processes.
• Collaborate with teammates to improve workflows and customer service.
