Job summary

One Hope United in Illinois is seeking a Mobile Crisis Supervisor to oversee the Living Room Program operations during daytime hours. You will supervise staff, review referrals, assign cases, and ensure services meet state guidelines.

The role requires a Master's in Human Services or related field, leadership experience, and a valid driver's license. Strong communication, program management, and the ability to train and mentor staff are essential to drive quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Human Services or related field required; LCPC/LCSW/LSOE license preferred.
• Leadership experience with at least 2 years in supervisory roles.
• Valid driver’s license with OHU-required auto insurance coverage.

Responsibilities

• Supervise DAYTIME Living Room operations including referrals and client emergencies.
• Provide weekly supervision to professional staff and support administrative casework.
• Ensure billing accuracy and compliance with funding source requirements.
• Maintain documentation quality and adherence to program guidelines.
• Represent the agency in community groups and public speaking engagements.
