Job summary

One Hope United is seeking a Mobile Crisis Supervisor to oversee the Mobile Crisis Program in Illinois, ensuring adherence to program guidelines and supervising staff. You will manage intake, referrals, case planning, and provide administrative support to ensure high-quality services.

The role requires 2 years of leadership experience, a Master's in Human Services (or related field), and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

Master's in Human Services or related field; license preferred: LCPC, LCSW, LSOE, etc.
2 years related leadership experience
Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record; OHU-required auto insurance coverage

Responsibilities

Supervises daytime crisis response system, including referral intake and client emergencies.
Oversees case responsibilities, case-planning, and staff supervision.
Reviews intake information, determines referrals and case assignments.
Provides staff training, ongoing supervision, and professional development.
Ensures billing accuracy, budgeting, and adherence to funding source policies.
Maintains documentation, ensures client safety, and handles grievances.
Participates in community outreach and agency management meetings.
