Job summary

One Hope United in Springfield, IL is seeking a Living Room Crisis Specialist/Case Manager for a part-time role. You will provide on-site crisis intervention, case management, and mental health support to adults within the Living Room program, operating 24/7/365.

Responsibilities include crisis assessment, linking to appropriate care, documentation, and transportation as needed, with flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in a human service-related field.
• 1–3+ years of related experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with OHU required levels of coverage for auto insurance

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site crisis intervention and case management.
• Conduct in-person crisis safety assessments with peers.
• Coordinate linkage to appropriate levels of care for individuals in crisis.
• Complete Medicaid-compliant documentation and case notes.
• Provide transportation for clients as needed.
• Maintain confidentiality and professional communications.
