Job summary

One Hope United in Springfield, IL seeks an Evening Supervisor for the Living Room program. This leadership role oversees on-site operations, referral intake, emergencies, and staff supervision to ensure high-quality services for children and families.

The position requires a Master's in Human Services (or related field), plus 2 years of leadership experience and a valid driver’s license. Strong organizational, communication, and project management skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Master's in Human Services or related field required or preferred.
• Leadership experience of at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Valid driver's license with OHU-required auto insurance coverage.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the Evening Living Room on-site operations, including referrals and emergencies.
• Provide weekly supervision to staff on therapeutic approaches and case planning.
• Train staff on funding source policies and ensure documentation accuracy.
