Job summary

AEG seeks a Touring Project Manager to support the successful execution of tours and live events by coordinating logistics, operational planning, and cross-functional communication. This role serves as a key operational partner to Touring Managers, exercising independent judgment in managing timelines and resources.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience.
• 2–4 years in project management, event operations or live entertainment roles.
• Experience coordinating multiple projects, events, tours, or initiatives.
• Strong understanding of live event operations and touring logistics.
• Experience supporting show advancing, event execution, settlements, and planning.
• Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to exercise independent judgment and coordinate across teams.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication.
• Experience collaborating across departments and managing stakeholders.
• Proficiency with MS Office, CRM, event software, and project tools.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally; ability to work odd hours.

Responsibilities

• Support the day-to-day operational execution of tours, events, and live entertainment engagements.
• Coordinate tour logistics, schedules, timelines, travel arrangements, and deliverables.
• Manage project timelines and ensure milestones and deliverables are met.
• Assist with show advancing, venue coordination, production needs, and planning.
• Assist with day-of-show settlements, event reconciliation, and documentation.
• Serve as primary contact for venues, vendors, and internal departments.
• Maintain regular communication with artists, managers, promoters, venues, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress and identify risks or delays.
• Escalate issues to Touring Managers when appropriate.
• Coordinate internal follow-up across Booking, Touring, Production, Marketing, Finance, and Operations teams.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, budgets, and reports.
• Support expense tracking, budget monitoring, and financial reconciliation.
• Ensure compliance with contracts, riders, venue requirements, and standards.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies.
• Represent the company professionally during events and travel.
