Job summary

AEG Presents is seeking a Production Manager to advance all event details for shows, lead the production team, and execute shows per contract terms. You will manage budgets, coordinate with artists and venues, and ensure requirements are met across tours and events.

The role requires strong production knowledge, budget control, and ability to work long hours, nights, and weekends, with opportunities to grow within a dynamic live entertainment company.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in a related field.
• 4–6 years of related work experience.
• Experience interpreting event contracts and developing budgets.

Responsibilities

• Liaise between venue and artist to ensure all production needs are met and the contract is adhered to.
• Work with talent buyer and artist to work out a tour schedule, build offers and create show budget.
• Collaborate with the venue to ensure all show needs are addressed and met.
• Resolve production issues that arise during the show timeline.
• Build relationships with artists, tour crew, management, venues for smooth execution.
• Set and track a show budget within approved limits.
• Oversee load-in/out and payroll; coordinate with local labor and production staff.
• May manage show settlements and finalize all closing documentation with accounting.
• May hire local labor, rentals, and other show needs.
• May oversee production management at other locations or projects as directed.
