Job summary

AEG Presents is seeking a Touring Project Manager to support the successful execution of tours and live events in coordination with Touring Managers. You will manage timelines, budgets, and vendor relationships, ensuring events meet company standards.

The role requires strong organizational skills, experience with show advancing and settlements, and the ability to travel domestically and internationally. A bilingual English/Spanish capability is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Entertainment Management, Event Management, Communications, Music Business, or related field; equivalent experience considered.
• 2-4 years in project management, event operations, concert promotion, or live entertainment roles.
• Experience coordinating multiple projects, events, or tours simultaneously.
• Strong understanding of live event operations, touring logistics, and artist relations.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day operational execution of tours, events, and live entertainment engagements.
• Coordinate tour logistics, schedules, travel arrangements, and operational deliverables.
• Manage project timelines and ensure milestones and deliverables are met.
• Support show advancing activities with venue coordination, artist requirements, and production needs.
• Assist with day-of-show settlements, event reconciliation, and documentation.
• Maintain regular communication with venues, vendors, and internal departments to ensure alignment.
