Job summary

ESA Management, LLC in Carlsbad, CA is seeking a Night Guest Laundry Attendant to support overnight guest services, including check-in/out, laundry duties, and front desk tasks as needed.

The role requires English proficiency, ability to operate the property management system, and strict adherence to safety procedures. Night shift is from 11:00pm to 7:00am with weekly pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• English proficiency to interact with guests and associates.
• Ability to operate property management system technology.

Responsibilities

• Assists guests overnight, check-in/check-out per guidelines.
• Processes laundry including stains, washing, drying, folding linens, towels, blankets, shower curtains.
• Processes dishware per standards (washing, drying, packaging).
• Stocks housekeeping carts and laundry rooms to PAR levels.
• Handles reservations, registrations, payments, and departures per procedures.
• Sets up grab-and-go breakfast per brand standards.
• Conducts daily property tours for cleanliness and maintenance.
