Job summary

ESA Management, LLC is seeking a Night Service Representative for a part-time, onsite role in Pensacola. The position involves responding to overnight guest needs, handling check-ins/check-outs, and ensuring safety and guest satisfaction.

You will work with hotel staff to address emergencies and maintain high service standards. The role offers on-site lodging during shifts, opportunities to support multiple hotel locations as needed, and benefits such as weekly pay and a friendly work

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED, or equivalent experience.
1–3 months related experience or training.
Ability to respond to overnight needs within 30 minutes.

Responsibilities

Attend to guests on notification from outside service agent for check-ins and emergencies.
Safeguard hotel keys and log them in and out.
Check-in/out responsibilities, register guests, assign rooms, collect payments.
Stay updated on hotel policies, safety procedures, and location programs.
Respond to safety, guest, and security concerns per policy.
Provide directions on property amenities and local areas of interest.
Maintain proficiency in location computer systems and PMS.
Cover other nearby hotel locations when staffing requires.
