Job summary

ESA Management LLC is seeking a part-time NSR Suites overnight on-call associate to respond to hotel needs when the lobby is closed. The role includes live-in lodging in a provided hotel room and responding within 30 minutes to guest or safety issues, check-ins after hours, and emergencies.

Duties include breakfast setup, guest greetings, logging keys, processing limited check-ins/check-outs, maintaining policies, and using hotel PMS.

Qualifications

• Read and interpret safety rules and procedures.
• Operate hotel mobile phone and PMS系统
• Must be proficient in reading and speaking English.
• Computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite and hotel systems.

Responsibilities

• Attend to guests on call for check-ins, emergencies, and safety issues.
• Maintain control and logging of hotel keys.
• Assist with limited guest check-ins/check-outs, greet guests, register rooms, and collect payments if needed.
• Maintain familiarity with hotel policies, safety procedures, and property information.
• Log events, run reports, and post payments to guest folios when necessary.
