Job summary

ESA Management LLC seeks a Part-Time NSR Suites team member to respond to overnight on-call needs, including guest check-ins, emergencies, and access issues. Live onsite with provided hotel lodging and be part of a small team ensuring courteous, high-quality service for guests.

Responsibilities include breakfast setup, key control, guest registration, and basic bookkeeping, while maintaining safety standards and familiarity with hotel policies.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and procedures.
• Ability to log events and prepare routine correspondence.
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
• Must have basic computer skills including MS Office and hotel PMS.

Responsibilities

• Work as GSR to set up breakfast from 5:30 AM to 7:00 AM.
• Attend to guests on call for check-ins, emergencies, noise issues.
• Safeguard hotel keys and log them in/out.
• Greet, register, and process limited guest check-ins/outs.
• Provide directions and local information to guests.
• Perform basic bookkeeping and posting payments.
