Job summary

Extended Stay America in Pennsylvania seeks a Part Time NSR Suites associate to respond to overnight on-call needs when the lobby is closed. You live onsite in hotel lodging and must be able to respond within 30 minutes of notification.

Primary duties include handling guest key issues, noise complaints, emergencies, and after-hours check-ins with courteous, high-quality service. This role requires strong English communication, computer literacy, and the ability to log events, assist with

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Able to log events and maintain routine records.
• Proficient in reading and speaking English; strong communication skills.
• Experience with hotel PMS and Microsoft Office is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work as GSR and manage breakfast setup from 5:30 AM to 7:00 AM.
• Attend to guests on call for check-ins, emergencies, noise complaints, and safety.
• Safeguard hotel keys and log them in/out as needed.
• Assist with limited guest check-ins/check-outs and payments when required.
• Stay informed on hotel policies, safety procedures, and local information.
• Perform bookkeeping tasks and maintain proficiency in location systems.
• Respond to emergencies and coordinate with first responders as needed.
• Potentially cover nearby hotels during staffing shortages.
• Other duties as assigned by the manager.
