Job summary

Azalea Home Care is seeking compassionate CNAs to provide in-home support, promoting safety and independence for clients in their own homes. You will assist with daily living activities, monitoring health, and documenting care with our user-friendly app.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Active CNA license (state-specific) required.
• Current First Aid & CPR certification or willingness to obtain (employer-paid).
• Reliable transportation and ability to lift/transfer clients.

Responsibilities

• Deliver hands-on support: assist clients with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and transfers.
• Promote mobility and strength: assist with ROM exercises, walking, and therapy routines as directed.
• Monitor health: check vital signs, track intake, report changes promptly.
• Provide medication cues: remind clients to take meds and document adherence.
• Support daily life: prepare meals, light housekeeping, run errands, provide companionship.
• Advocate for safety: follow infection-control and fall-prevention protocols and document in EMR via app.

What You’ll Bring
