Job summary

Responsibilities

• Monitor health by checking vital signs, tracking intake, and reporting changes promptly.
• Provide medication cues and document compliance accurately.
• Support daily life with nutritious meals, light housekeeping, errands, and companionship.
• Advocate for safety by following infection-control and fall-prevention protocols and updating EMR notes via our app.
