Job summary

SYNERGY HomeCare Franchising, LLC is seeking compassionate caregivers to provide in-home support. This part-time role offers flexible scheduling with up to 40 hours per week and competitive, direct-deposited pay.

You will deliver companionship, personal care, light housekeeping and meal prep, with opportunities for ongoing training and potential raises. A CNA or PCA license and CPR/First Aid certification are preferred, plus reliable transportation.

Qualifications

Experience in caregiving with patients in home care environments.
Ability to provide companionship and assist with daily living activities.
Willingness to drive to client locations and manage multiple assignments.

As a Caregiver, you will

Provide companionship and social engagement

Deliver reliable care by being punctual and consistent

Be ready to meet the following qualifications and requirements

Active CNA or PCA license, or relevant caregiving experience
CPR and/or First Aid certification, or willingness to obtain
Negative TB test (chest X-ray or skin test)
Clear national background check
Reliable transportation is required, preferably with a valid driver's license and active insurance
Open availability, including weekends and holidays as needed
Ability to work with multiple clients on a rotational basis
