Job summary

Azalea Home Care is hiring compassionate CNAs to provide in-home care to clients in the Gwinnett County area. You will assist with activities of daily living, monitor health, and ensure safety while maintaining client dignity and privacy.

Qualifications

• Active CNA license (state-specific).
• Current First Aid & CPR certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
• Ability to lift/transfer clients.
• Basic computer/app skills for charting and communication.
• Empathy, professionalism, and commitment to protecting client dignity and privacy.

Responsibilities

• Deliver hands-on support: bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and transfers.
• Promote mobility and strength: ROM exercises, walking, and physician-directed routines.
• Monitor health: check vitals, track intake, and report changes promptly.
• Provide medication cues: remind clients to take meds as ordered and document compliance.
• Support daily life: prepare meals, light housekeeping, errands, and companionship.
• Advocate for safety: infection-control and fall-prevention protocols, and EMR notes via the app.
