Azalea Homecare in Suwanee, GA is seeking compassionate CNAs to provide hands-on home care for clients. You will assist with bathing, grooming, transfers, and daily activities, while supporting mobility, monitoring health, and ensuring safety.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver hands-on support: assist clients with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and transfers.
• Promote mobility and strength: help with range-of-motion exercises, walking, and physician-directed routines.
• Monitor health: check vital signs, track intake, and report changes promptly.
• Provide medication cues: remind clients to take meds as ordered and document compliance.
• Support daily life: prepare nutritious meals, light housekeeping, run errands, and offer companionship.
• Advocate for safety: follow infection-control and fall-prevention protocols; document EMR notes.

We have multiple cases available in Suwanee:

• Case 1: Tuesdays from 5:00–9:00 p.m. and Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays from 2:00–9:00 p.m.


• Case 2: Seven days a week from 10:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m.


• Case 3: Seven days a week from 9:00 a.m.–2:00 p.m. A Spanish-speaking caregiver is required.
