Extended Stay America is seeking a Night Service Representative for part-time overnight shifts in Providence, RI. The role involves responding to on-call guest and safety needs, greeting and registering guests when needed, and managing key security and payments for limited check-ins/check-outs.

You will maintain hotel policies, assist with emergencies, and support other hotels in the area if staffing demands arise. A friendly, professional demeanor and strong time management are essential.

Qualifications

• Read and interpret safety rules and procedures.
• Document events in writing and prepare routine correspondence.
• Operate hotel mobile phone and guest PMS system.
• Proficient English reading and speaking required.
• Strong computer skills and office suite proficiency.
• Excellent oral and written communication.
• Friendly, cooperative, and patient with guests and staff.
• Self-starter with ability to prioritize under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Attend to guests via call notification for check-ins, emergencies, and safety situations.
• Safeguard hotel keys and manage key log-ins/outs.
• Process limited guest check-ins/check-outs and collect payments when needed.
• Provide property directions and information about amenities and hours.
• Log events and post payments to guest folios when required.
• Maintain proficiency in location computer systems and hotel PMS.
