Job summary

ESA Management, LLC in Providence, RI seeks a Night Service Representative Part Time to handle after-hours guest needs with courtesy and high-quality service. The role includes on-call responses, guest check-ins, safety procedures, and coordination with maintenance and security teams.

You will live on-site in lodging provided by the company and work on an overnight schedule, with opportunities to assist neighboring hotels during staffing shortages.

Qualifications

• Read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions.
• Document events in writing or routine correspondence.
• Operate the hotel mobile phone and PMS system.
• Speak effectively before groups of customers in English.

Responsibilities

• Attend to guests on check-in notifications for after-hours arrivals.
• Safeguard hotel keys and manage key control.
• Log keys in and out as needed.
• Handle limited guest check-ins/check-outs and room assignments.
• Keep up with hotel policies, safety procedures and training.
• Report safety, guest and security concerns per policy.
• Provide guests with directions and information about local amenities.
• Log events and process payments to guest folios when required.
• Maintain proficiency in location computer systems and software.
• Respond to emergencies and coordinate with first responders when needed.
• Occasionally cover another hotel in the area for staffing needs.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
